Our mission is to provide transitional and long-term housing to our homeless veterans and their families and to work with various agencies that will provide social services, childcare, legal, medical, and mental health services to homeless veterans. HSMC mission is to develop an integrated system for long-term client tracking and coordinate our outreach efforts with other agencies.
